This is a technology for creating subliminals in the 24th century.

This technology was used by the U.S.A government in dessert storm to get the enemy to surrender quietly without violence. The sounds are modulated in a specific way to convert normal sounds to ultra high frequencies above and ultra low frequencies below the normal conscious hearing range. In desert Storm the sounds were fed over radio microwave frequencies and over live radio broadcast (piggy backed on the current signal) this technology's grandfather is deemed Quad "S" or Silent sound.

We discovered through rigorous trial, error, research and testing, a new way to create Silent sound perception bending technology, in much the same way IMAX 3D glasses affect the perceptions of the visual data to make the movie appear to come out at you! In this case your in the middle of the movie created in your head and the 3D experience is coming out OF you not at you. It tends to intensify your imagination in such a way that you feel like you’re in the movie not just watching it.

Think of it as an incredible rendition of the IMAX effect using sound instead of visual data, the ears instead of the eyes, but like the 3D movies in the end it is about confusing the brain and bringing it into alignment with new stimulus.
