The internal dialogue is the commentator of your belief filters. Change the way you talk to yourself and everything changes. Change your mind Change your life!
This is the goal of all of our CD's, to change the way you think and exercise consciously your thought stream. This is done with repetition and the right thought/internal dialogue. This doesn’t force you to think anything, it just assists you in doing so, and when you start to see how the change in your internal thinking affects your outside world you have a choice to continue or stop, but everyone continues as the change is phenomenally positive.
The Internal Dialogue Runs the Show!
The way this works is your internal dialogue is the "kernel" to borrow a Microsoft windows term, of your entire subconscious thought stream. The conscious mind is like a dumb terminal and simply takes orders from the subconscious. The problem arises when the conscious mind builds these filters or rules to perceive this information through and this often blocks people from living life proactively.
Imagine someone going outside and putting on a sweater because it's cold. They then feel the initial temperature and overestimate “how cold” it really is. They perceive the initial temperature as way colder because they just came out of a warm house and didn’t consider the fact that the body will adjust to the cold temperature and anything but a light sweater will be too hot.
They run back into the house and grab a heavy sweater and layer over these two sweaters a heavy jacket. They go outside and feel “warm”. Now imagine if this person was so convinced that it was “freezing” outside that they continuously said this out loud and actually started to shiver from this. Once they start shivering they actually won’t pay any attention to the fact that they are actually burning up in these three sweaters, and because they will continue to tell themselves it’s getting “COLDER” they will never find relief, even though everyone around them are wearing light sweaters and nobody is “freezing”.
This is a metaphorical interpretation of what people do. The cold is representative of “bad information”. Things people tell others and for one reason or another (i.e. they simply trust this person’s ability to always have the “right” answer). The sweaters are filters we build to protect ourselves from the consequences “PERCIEVED” as a result of that data/information. Often we will freak out and act quickly/react building filters. We then tend to believe it more and reinforce this belief by creating a supportive filter (second sweater). This then creates that opinion into a fact as we start to see everything through these filters without taking an inventory or even permitting that there is any other way to see it. By this time the two filters will cause the person to do things that reinforce that protection, and even though there is no real evidence of the “consequences” to come, they start to generate these consequences by “redefining” reality through this belief. It sounds insane but we do it every single day. Little things turn into “big heavy jackets” that make it near impossible to remove any of the underlying “sweaters” (beliefs). We then tend to layer even further when we redefine people giving us “rational” advice by making irrational assumptions that they just don’t get it. Truth is it’s us that don’t get it!
The conscious filters can be broken down if the subconscious mind is thinking in the right way. In many ways people often have the wrong internal dialogue going based on defeat, this happens through repeatedly thinking in a defeated way, and this later will cause said conscious filters to form to protect ones self from consequences (real or imagined). The filters actually stack up and fortify each other! Unlike the sweaters in the above metaphorical explanation however, you can remove the bottom sweater which will actually dissolve the others. In other words if you can change your original or root filter, belief if you will, then the others will dissolve as they are only there because of that first one.
By directly changing the internal dialogue you can dissolve those filters because they no longer apply. The conscious mind always syncs up to the internal dialogue, so although the conscious filters are incredibly rigid and impossible to change directly (much like you cannot change an internet browsers core code by simply changing a setting i.e. by turning off the popup blocker you won’t change the browser’s function), it is often when someone is convinced through experience that not the conscious walls, but the subconscious mind rationalizes that a change is in order and gives the conscious military a direct order to "stand down" and creates a new filter that supports the internal dialogues meaning.
You can bypass the conscious filters, in trance, and speak to the internal dialogue directly but the internal dialogue is not just going to accept anything you say, even though it is often depending on the conscious mind to protect it (think of the subconscious mind as the president and the conscious mind as the military to get a visual of the process and weaknesses involved), it still weighs the information before acting. With repetitive bombardment however the subconscious mind rationalizes that this must be true, thus why commercials for products on television seem to get their message across so well through repetition.
Using subliminal programming in 4 degrees (4 different powerful technologies at play) we feed the subconscious mind the working internal dialogue constructs which in time will empower you. Now you still have to accept the programming, even though repetition will change the internal dialogue, you are still very much in control of what gets changed, based on what you want at the deepest levels, you will either accept it because you know it is what you want or need, or you will reject it even if you consciously want it, if you are not congruently in acceptance (i.e. if any part of you thinks this is a trick, or this is not right, or morally against your beliefs etc.. it will not take).
Belief tends to make the process go faster because it opens your mind and stops all the resistance. Not knowing what the subliminal messages are may make you leery of accepting the programming but knowing what they are helps you come to terms with it, and to say ok, I like this let's do it, so we list our affirmations for you to see. You can actually just say the affirmations every day to yourself, visualizing them very vividly for about an hour a day and it will have the same effect. The problem comes in when most people aren’t that patient, or can’t visualize very easily.
Our CD’s are designed to strengthen your visualization skills while spoon feeding your internal dialogue the information without the conscious filters having a say. As your enjoying the ride you will start to have vivid dreams (you will be awake but body fully rested) and the content of those dreams will be how the affirmations are interpreted. If you see it as an aha moment your visuals will be positive and you will play out how your limiting yourself, and will start to see yourself without this belief/filter that’s’ limiting you.
This will be a daily exercise that will over time start to become more coherent in the session. What’s amazing is that it will unlock your mind and make you really start to take inventory. You will start to have dreams at night (your normal sleeping dreams) that will answer the questions that the CD will invoke. You will become very curious as you start to realize all the things you’ve been blocking and misinterpreting!
The affirmations are powerful in and of themselves but without proper integration through repetition you may not get past the conscious filters, this is why our CD's try to do this for you, all you have to do is sit back and enjoy the "tranquil" ride to becoming all the "wiser". Again if the changes happen and you don't like the results, your subconscious will reject the programming and "restore" to a previous state of mind, but if you do like the changes you see, feel, and experience in life due to the change in internal dialogue, your subconscious will start to create filters that help you maintain this dialogue.
In other words instead of those limiting filters which will dissolve, you will start to use your filter creation software part of your mind to actually build filters that were supposed to be there in the first place- you will feel euphoric, happy, liberated. If your mind isn’t in a horribly rigid state as far as your beliefs, i.e. if your mind is more open, you can like I said, do this just visualizing the affirmations, although this is not quite as fun as our CD’s rides make it :).
Conscious Filters Create a Reactive environment
In short, the conscious filters are designed to create a reactive environment that will put the internal dialogues/subconscious mind's orders into play. The conscious filters in a way become the government, the policing of policy made by the internal dialogue; it is there to make sure no laws set forth by the subconscious congress are broken.
If the subconscious has the wrong set of laws programmed in, it will force you to get in your own way because any attempts to go against the internal dialogue will be met with severe resistance emotionally.
Think about how our laws are starting to become a bit overzealous. They were created to protect us but too many laws start to hinder our freedom. Your mind does this very thing with filters!
The purpose of our CD’s are to help you with external stimulus that may try to influence you against your will. With enough negative programming from outside, you may develop rationalizations that create powerful fears that in turn program the subconscious dialogue, undoing what we've done, so the trick to maintaining the dialogue you want is to listen to the CD from time to time to re-sync up. Luckily you only buy the CD once then it is forever yours to keep your internal dialogue in check. I use these same tracks for this reason. I created them for my own use actually.
Sync-Up the Internal Dialogue to your Goals
The trick is to change the subconscious/internal dialogue to meet with your goals so your conscious filters work with you not against you in helping you meet your goals for whatever you need and want in life be it a high self esteem, self image, charisma, and even sleep.
If your internal dialogue is saying, for example, "I can never fall asleep at night because my mind is always racing with ideas" then this will cause a reaction when you go to bed. The very pillow you land your head on, the bed you lay in will become the trigger for your mind to start racing! It becomes a self fulfilling prophecy, which our Sleep CD tries to break by changing your internal dialogue from "I can't sleep because..." to "I can sleep because..." It all breaks down to one simple truth that I teach my kids, never say "can't" say "how can I".
The Power of “How Can I” over “Can’t”...
From an early age I had my god daughters Riann and Hailey saying this so every time their mind would conceive to say can't they would instantly think how can I. The can't part tells the brain it's impossible so give up, the how can I provokes the mind to find an answer and it always does! This very idea is the difference between the rich and the poor. The rich see opportunities and constantly ask "how can I" while many of the poor living in the concept of "scarcity" say things like "I can't afford" or a variety of phrases that repeated enough become a self fulfilling affirmation/reality.
Many poor people also have a very bad habit of wanting others to feel their suffering, a plea for attention because they feel bad. For example someone will get a headache and wants people around them to be nicer to them, quieter, or to not bother them so they hold their hand to their neck or head and say “my head is killing me” or similar phrases.
Not only do they say it in present tense but they often will repeat it over and over until someone acknowledges it and gives them the desired response. This will actually keep their headache there and in fact make it worse. This is something rich and poor do but there are many other phrases said to gain attention or compassion used more by the poor because they are upset about finances (a big one).
They will constantly talk about how broke they are, or how they would do this or that if they had the money, never “when” they have the money. They think in scarcity terms as if they will never be rich, where as wealthy people have what’s called the wealth mindset where they always talk in “when I get my money I’ll….” Wealthy people often are trained from birth to think in a forward moving sort of way. Opportunity is there you just have to learn how to take advantage of it.
Poor kids grow up hearing their parents complain and develop the “language” of failure. This translates into the internal dialogue and solidifies their resolve. They don’t tend to “believe” in opportunities, but more so “wish” for lucky breaks. A great book to get to learn about this, a very powerful book is Robert t. Kyosaki’s book rich dad poor dad or rich kid poor kid (for your kids to learn it). Dr. Phil Mcgraw has a wonderful book that describes the internal dialogue brilliantly called “life Strategies” and “Self Matters” two books I’ll never leave off my shelf.
The difference in rich and poor people, or even poor people who have surpassed being poor and are now rich, is the script in their internal dialogue. It truly is the source code of your reality and your beliefs follow what you say to yourself and visa versa.

Combating our external environment
Our environment tends to sneak in and change our internal dialogue mainly through repetition, so this helps you stay centered and your dialogue focused. The stronger you become the less your environment can impact you. Eventually your conscious filters work to block completely the influences that are not congruent with your new you, much like once one becomes healthy and eats healthy, those foods bad for you start to taste disgusting because your mind and body knows what they do to you and you don't want them to rob you of your energy or health!
The only reason they didn't make you feel bad before or taste bad is that although they did physically, your mind's filters were set up to believe that they tasted good and the benefits were there. You basically tricked your mind into believing these sensations were “good”.
Based on your filters you assigned the real blame on something else and ignored that the food was the real culprit! The smarter you are the better you are at creating rationalizations that create filters that hinder you!
The mind in this case works against your health and tricks you into believing these foods are "good" when in reality they are the reason you’re so tired and so on... The filters of the mind are supposed to protect you in the first place so you are happy, and react positively with your world, but with so many negative influences around us, it can be used against us! Same with food, so many television commercials, friends’ opinions, peer pressure to eat fast food that… well when your hungry all these things mean eat otherwise I’ll starve. This mentality happens with many things, i.e. pretend to be something I’m not and people will like me more… all plague your mind and thus your life becomes harder, and unmanageable over time.
The thing that happens when you’re healthy is you can't deny that the food is the problem because the second you introduce your efficiently running, energetic, body to this energy robbing food the connection is made within minutes of eating it. It's the same effect you get when you eat something and get stomach flu, you realize it was because of something you ate, and reinforced by the pain of the sickness any ideas to eat it in the future are squashed by an instant filter put in place that says "if I eat this I will feel like crap". The problem is sometimes it’s ill timed (forgive my pun). You will get food poisoning 24 hours after you eat bad chineese food, but at the time you felt sick you just ate your mom’s spaghetti you always loved, but because you got sick after eating that spaghetti you will associate the sickness (and fear) to it not the real thing that made you sick. Now and forever you will never touch mom’s spaghetti out of fear of getting sick!
