Experience Is Programmed


The Power of Experience is Yours to Command!

Our experience is based on two principals, what we experience, and how we define them. It gets way complicated from there but the bottom line is that all the processing of our experiences is done in the brain, so perception is reality, change your code variables, your beliefs and you change your entire matrix of life’s experience. Life is interpretation; interpretation is based on beliefs which form filters that govern future experiences. Memories are literally time travel when you can experience them in full fidelity, the way you experienced them the first time essentially was sensory data converted into information and the brain produced chemicals that the body felt and so emotions were born and so on.

 

A memory works in the opposite direction. Think of your body as a biological camcorder, it “tapes” the experience and your mind reacts to it, however the data is already there after the fact so if you can just remember it in all it’s parts, sight sound, smell, taste, touch, then you can actually re-experience it as if it’s happening right now! In the end the emotions you feel, the euphoria are chemicals the brain sends out to the body, and a memory is just as powerful to create this as the actual experience which is the blueprint actually!

 

To fully experience a memory you must (and most don't) engage the entirety of the information your brain recorded when the memory was created/experienced for the first time. It's easier to "remember it like it was yesterday" if it was yesterday because all that sensory data is freshly imported and still networked/associated with your conscience mind, which associate the environment the memory was created in with the memory itself. We must realize that all sensory data is recorded by DIFFERENT parts of the brain, the conscious effort we make actually ties them all together at the time causing an “experience”. Over time the different components get separated and experiences in your life start to take precedence and the brain buries the parts in other memories disassociating the components of that one moment in time.

 

This is what happens ironically when your computer’s registry becomes corrupt. Programs are installed in several different directories and the registry holds them all together into one program essentially, but if the registry becomes corrupt, the main program tries to access a sub program and it can’t causing a crash. Computers are actually based on our human brain and thought process!

 

Over time we stack new memories and experiences on top of the old ones and eventually its stored in long term memory where its hard to retrieve in full eventually just the visuals or the feelings (depending on your dominate state of being a visual person a kinesthetic person (how you judge your world first i.e. kinesthetic say things like "I feel you " visual thinkers say "I see where your coming from".) become just one sense your dominate sense, and without the others the image/memory fades, the fading is the lack of senses information to bring you to the moment in full lifelike fidelity!

 

The trick to keeping a memory alive and kicking in full fidelity is to practice paying attention, learn to be in the moment fully, experience it, and expand your conscious mind to the present. The subconscious mind picks up everything but the conscious mind needs to keep it into one package to experience in full fidelity later!

Take, for example, how someone you have a huge crush on makes you feel. You ever realize how much your “world” is changed by this intense rush of emotions, chemicals flooding your body like dopamine and serotonin? That memory has in part those chemicals at the very levels they are at in your body- affecting every sense- dulling some, sharpening others. Think back at a relationship you were in that was so intense to you but she felt it wasn’t going anywhere and she broke up with you (or girls switch that to guys). Remember how everything you saw everywhere reminded you of her/him?

The associations with her/him were so intense, so many, that the memory was hard to get rid of, hard to move on, this is because everything was reinforced by the one memory of how you felt about her/him! The chemicals flowing through your body from the wonderful way she made you feel acted as an association in and of itself, coloring over everything like rain, so the only way to even begin to release your pain is to go somewhere completely new long enough to build associations over those memories.

Time heals because time (and let’s be frank), time alone won’t heal anything, it’s actually time PLUS action, creating new associations, new memories where you don’t talk about her, think about her etc… time apart doing other things heals, but time reinforcing, sulking, feeling loss, constantly being reminded of her, heals nothing. If you ever find yourself needing to break a spell like love, be sure to be very active, do things you and her wouldn’t do together, do something wild, different. Adrenal activities will actually help you to break the spell faster!

 

Quality of Belief is Important!

 

Another thing to note is when an experience is created but not challenged (meaning you take it at face value) through experience we’re primed to solidify that data in the wrong interpretation.  For example Joe blow tells you that working hard is a waste of time and working at (insert workplace) is a crappy place to work.

 

You may be new and are absorbing information about this new alien environment and if you believe Joe blow your experience of working there will change based on this new belief filter. If you challenge this belief with experience (open minded attempt at working there) you may find you really love working there and Joe blow was just a negative personality who probably had a lot of personal bad experiences due to lack of communication/people skills, or maybe he was simply a quitter, lazy and miserable of his own making, infecting others with his lack of. To truly control your life and perceptions you MUST challenge everything your mind perceives.  This is done in a very simple way.

 

Don't take anything at face value. Just like optical illusions of pictures within pictures, look at it for what it is, unchallenged imagery, it is your judgment that makes you see one picture or another in a picture designed to see two different images by optical illusion. When you are in a mindset to see it without judgment, you will amazingly see BOTH pictures right away not just one or the other! When you stop and try to understand the picture and "know" the picture has two interpretations changed by shifting your perception, you ultimately will choose one to integrate as your favorite and it will become the first thing you see when you look at this image the next time! The difference is it was your choice not your mind being tricked.

 

Everything you hear, see, perceive will become what it is if you don't challenge its very existence, take the time to practice challenging your beliefs, how things make you feel, ask yourself why does this make me "react" this way or that way, realize your emotions can be changed (the reaction) by simply challenging the thought or perception. Often television commercials do this for us since we aren’t doing it for ourselves, this is the trap you fall into! Before you know it you’re buying Coke when you like Pepsi.

 

Some call this thinking optimistic, seeing the silver lining etc... It’s hard to do without practice but once you do practice (Our tracks provide a great way to get automated practice, but are not necessary if you can just discipline your mind! Actually some use them to get their mind jumpstarted, sort of prove to themselves that this mindset change thing works, then with their amazement they find the discipline) then it eventually like any good habit becomes natural and you become mentally bullet proof without even trying anymore!

 

I'll let you in on a secret, if you have a negative thought (I'm tired) and you challenge it by changing your visualized image of that thought to something you love (i.e. a memory that makes you feel warm and cozy just thinking about it, like hugging a loved one or the smell of your wife’s perfume when you hug her and so on) for just 17 seconds, think it, use as many sensory memories as you can (touch, smell, visual, kinesthetic (feeling), hearing) and just hold it in your mind for 17 seconds the mind will automatically convert the negative thought to the pleasure of the new held thought (loved one etc..).

 

Practicing this will give you incredible power! it removes the emotional impact of the information (that your programmed to think (based on your experiences), i.e. when you hear I'm tired or see someone yawning your beliefs are usually linked to being or feeling relaxed or tired) Its incredible that most people just hear "I'm tired" (your feeling sleepy now aren’t you? hehe) and they revert to being tired and all kinds of processes follow from feeling tired, to not wanting to be at work and so on... You also will eventually develop a habit of taking inventory then if you like the way the thought feels you’ll keep it, if it makes you feel like crap you will automatically do the 17 second thing without even batting an eyelash/trying. You will get faster so it will take you 3 seconds not 17!

 

Interrupting that pattern with the new positive thought changes the dynamics of the information, confusing your brain and leaving the raw data exposed, (I'm tired becomes a statement of opinion not fact and it doesn’t affect you right away, so you can react appropriately to the information! It will soon become as obvious as someone invading your space, you won’t so much react to the information as how it makes you feel. The trick will be to eventually not react at all without a thought process involved (taking inventory instead of just reacting).
